Our quality administration framework requires approval, certification, monitoring, review and testing during every phase of a project — against fundamental targets for timing, responsiveness and the specific requirements of the job.
01Approve
Requirements are confirmed at assessment, then re-approved as the work moves to project level and into project management — with the client signing off at each gate.
02Monitor
We check every purchased component, track the project budget and timetable, and hold regular progress meetings with the client's team.
03Test
Inspection and testing against the client's requirements runs from the assembly stage right through to closeout and handover.
